I haven't received my verification postcard, or I lost it and need to request another one. What should I do?


Once your verification postcard is sent to your location, it will take 4-6 weeks for it to arrive to your address. 

You can check when we sent you the postcard in your Account & Settings page.

If it's been more than 6 weeks after the 'Postcard sent' date and you still haven't received the postcard it may have been lost on the way.

If that is the case, in order to request a new postcard, please go to your Account Settings page. Once there, click "Edit/Verify your location" and then enter your location, keeping the "Send me a code with a postcard to verify my address" box checked. Clicking "Save Address" will trigger a new postcard to be sent to that location.
