How do I reactivate my Couchsurfing profile/account?


If you deactivated your account at some point to take a break, you can reactivate your account on your own by going to the Couchsurfing login page, entering your email and password, and then clicking the "Reactivate" button. 

If this does not work, please contact us so we can restore your account. When we reactivate your account, you will be able to immediately access it using your username or email address and password. 

To keep Couchsurfing safe, members may not create more than one profile. Creating a second profile is against our Terms of Use and may cause us to remove one or both or your profiles.
