My verification code doesn’t work. What can I do?

If your verification code from your postcard doesn’t work, or if you’re unable to get to the verification code page for some reason, please contact the Support Team with the exact verification code that you received on your postcard as well as the address listed on the postcard. They will can then check it against what was sent to you and manually verify your account.

Be sure to let them know the email address or username associated with your account so that they can quickly find your account!
