Why are some dates blocked when I try to request a host?


When you request to stay with a surfer, you may see a calendar with grayed out dates. This indicates that your host has stated on their profile that they are not available to host on those days. We recommend that you either select different dates to stay with that host, or you look for another host that is available to host you on the dates you are requesting. 

You may also see a warning if you are sending a request for more travelers than this host can accommodate.
