You can cancel your membership at any time from Settings. The platform will route you to the right place based on your payment method.
How Do I Cancel?
On mobile:
- Tap Library
in the bottom navigation bar
- Tap your profile
in the upper right corner
- Tap Settings
- Tap Subscription
- Tap Web Subscriptions
- Follow the on-screen prompts to cancel your plan
On the web:
- Click your profile
in the left navigation bar
- Click Settings
in the upper right corner
- Click Manage Subscriptions
- Click Web Subscriptions
- Follow the on-screen prompts to cancel your plan
What Happens After I Cancel?
Canceling stops future recurring payments, but you keep full access to your account until the end of your current billing period. Once that period ends, you'll be prompted to choose a new plan the next time you log in or try to access a membership feature.
What If I Purchased Through Apple or Google?
If you purchased your membership through the Apple App Store or Google Play, tapping Subscription will take you directly to your device's subscription management screen (on mobile) or to the relevant app store's subscription page (on web). Complete the cancellation from there.
