Here's what to know about refunds for Couchsurfing purchases.
Memberships and Verification
You can cancel your membership at any time. When you do, you'll keep full access through the end of your current billing period, so you won't lose any time you've already paid for. Canceling just stops future charges going forward.
We don't offer refunds for membership or verification payments, but we want to make sure you're getting the most out of Couchsurfing. If something isn't working the way you expected, reach out to our support team and we'll do our best to help.
Purchases Through the Apple App Store or Google Play
If you purchased your membership through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refund requests are handled by Apple or Google directly. You'll need to contact them to request a refund through their process.
Unauthorized or Unexpected Charges
If you've been charged in error or see something on your account that you don't recognize, please get in touch with our support team. Include your membership details and a link to your profile so we can look into it as quickly as possible.
