Leave if you can. If a crime has been committed or you need emergency help, call local authorities or go to the nearest hospital. Trained people who are physically close to you can help in ways we can't.
On mobile, the Call Local Authorities option in Safety Tools connects you directly to emergency services anywhere in the world. You don't need to know the local emergency number. To get there:
- Tap Library
in the bottom navigation bar
- Tap Safety
in the top right corner
- Tap Call Local Authorities
On the web, you can access Safety Tools to search for nearby hotels or create a safety report:
- Click Library
- Click the Safety
- Select Search Hotels Nearby or Create Safety Report
Once You Are Safe
When you're in a safe place, please report the member to us. Go to Settings → Trust and Safety to reach our Trust and Safety team directly. Your report is confidential.
We take all reports seriously and will work with law enforcement where necessary.
