What's Included in My Export?
Your data export contains:
- A .json file with your profile information
- All of your photos
JSON files are text-based and designed for data portability, not easy reading at a glance. To view your data, you can:
- Open the file in a text editor such as Notepad
- Use a free online JSON viewer or formatter to make it easier to read
- Import the file into another service or system that supports JSON
If you're not familiar with JSON files, an online JSON viewer is usually the easiest option.
A Couple Things to Know:
- You can request a data export once every 30 days.
- The download link will be sent to the email address on your account. Make sure your email address is up to date before submitting a request.
