Having trouble with verification? You're in the right place. Here's how to fix the most common issues.
My Verification Failed. What Happened?
If the automated check couldn't verify your identity, you'll get a notification in your Activity Center. A few things that commonly trip it up:
- Poor lighting or a blurry photo of your ID
- The video selfie was unclear or didn't quite match your ID photo
- Your ID type or format isn't supported in your region
Tap Contact Support on the notification and our team can take a closer look. In many cases, a manual review is all it takes to get things sorted.
My Verification Is Taking a Long Time
Automated checks usually wrap up within a few minutes. If your submission needs a manual review, it can take a bit longer depending on support availability. If you've been waiting a while with no update, reach out and we'll look into it.
I Paid but My Badge Hasn't Appeared Yet
Give it a moment — sometimes it just needs a nudge. Try these first:
- Refresh the app or log out and back in
- Wait a few minutes for the badge to update

What ID Types Are Accepted?
